End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Important Notice: By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Kenz binary, you agree to be bound by the terms of this license. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Kenz grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and execute the compiled binary executable strictly on your local machine devices.

2. Permitted Use & Local Limits

You may use Kenz to execute data compression, directory packaging, and system backup pipelines according to the hardware limitations of your system. Because this software is built explicitly with an offline-first design pattern, you maintain complete ownership, liability, and sovereignty over all directories and source materials passed through the compression engine.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the compiled binary.
Distribute, rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the binary execution files to third parties without express permission.

4. Intellectual Property

The software, including without limitation all source code architectures, binary configurations, interface styling rules, copyrights, and branding assets, remains the sole intellectual property of Kenz.

5. Termination

This License remains in effect until terminated by either you or Kenz. Kenz reserves the right to suspend or terminate this License immediately if you violate these Terms, misuse the Software, attempt to bypass its security or licensing mechanisms, engage in unauthorized redistribution, or otherwise use the Software in a manner that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Software and delete all copies of the Software in your possession or control.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty & Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. While Kenz will make reasonable efforts to assist users with issues that can reasonably be resolved, support is provided at Kenz's discretion and is not guaranteed. You are welcome to contact the developer if you encounter any issues. In no event shall Kenz, the authors, or the copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, data loss, loss of profits, business interruption, or other liability arising from, out of, or in connection with the Software or its use.
